Description
This alkaline is packed with the freshest ingredients and coated with the yummiest high alkaline dressing. It is a vibrant salad, ideal for the spring season.
Ingredients
For the salad:
- 2 cups lettuce
- 1 cup red cabbage
- 1/2 cup carrot
- 1/2 cup zucchini
- 1/2 cup cucumbers
- 1/2 cup green pepper
- 1/2 cup radish
- 1/2 cup raspberries
For the dressing:
- half of a medium avocado
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 tbsp finely grated ginger (you can use ginger powder instead)
- 1 tbsp basil pesto
- 1 cup water
Instructions
1. Wash every ingredient and then dry.
2. Place salad ingredients in a separate bowl.
3. Prepare the dressing with a blender.
4. Gently toss the salad with the dressing.
5. Place the salad into serving bowls and add fresh raspberries on top.
