- 1 can chickpeas (15 oz), drained and rinsed
- 1 cup dill
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ½ tbsp lemon zest
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp tahini
- ½ tbsp salt
- Aquafaba, optional
Instructions
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Save the water from the can.
- Clean all the ingredients.
- Blend until you have the smoothness you want.
- Transfer to a flat plate.
- Garnish with contrasting spices and drizzle with olive oil.
