  • 1 can chickpeas (15 oz), drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup dill
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ½ tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • ½ tbsp salt
  • Aquafaba, optional


  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Save the water from the can.
  2. Clean all the ingredients.
  3. Blend until you have the smoothness you want.
  4. Transfer to a flat plate.
  5. Garnish with contrasting spices and drizzle with olive oil.
