Possible Substitutes In Peanut Butter Avocado Toast
For the bread, we suggest sourdough because it is the easiest to digest. You can also choose bagel and toast a slice of brioche in breakfast this morning and enjoy it as either an appetizer before lunchtime arrives with its own set menu!
You can’t go wrong with nut butter! Instead of peanut butter, you can go with whatever nut butter you prefer. Almond butter, cashew butter- the list goes on.
I love almond joys and peanut butter toast in my breakfast bowls (avocado too!)
Fruit and avocado combine very well. I chose apples because they’re one of my favorite fruits, but it’s hard to find a combination that tastes good!
However, if apples are not your cup of tea but you still need to eat them because “one apple a day keeps the doctor away,” try this combo. The vibrancy of a toast will make you want to eat it.
There are many different ways to add some crunch and natural sweetness to your breakfast routine.
You can use any dried fruit or seed that you prefer, such as dates or apricots instead of cranberries & raisins; sesame seeds (including black ones!), and sunflower seeds – the options are lots!
Some seeds, like the sesame ones, can be eaten raw. But toasting them helps enhance and revive the nutty flavor they have. Just make sure they’re nice and golden before adding them.
Tip: Use low heat to avoid burning easily.
